What is the difference between a member and a guest?
Members are regular users from your company (identified by email domain). Guests are external users with limited access who can only see their assigned tasks. Guests are unlimited and free.

Is the cost of the Tallyfy Analytics add-on applied to all members?

What happens if midway through a year or month I disable a member?
You receive daily pro-rated credits for unused time on both annual and monthly plans. For example, disabling after 100 days on an annual plan earns credit for the remaining 265 days.
How do credits work?
You only pay for active members. Credits are used before charging your backup card. Credits have a 5-year expiration and are usable for licenses and add-ons, not professional services. No cash refunds are available.

Billing starts when members activate their account by accepting the invite or signing in via SSO. You are not charged for invited but inactive members.
Can I see all billing history?
Yes, through our PCI-compliant billing portal. Administrators can access invoices and manage payment details via Settings > Billing in your Tallyfy account.
Do you accept other currencies?
We accept US dollars only via credit/debit cards, ACH, or wire transfer to our US bank account.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, switch between monthly and annual plans anytime. Annual plans offer immediate savings with pro-rated credits for disabled members.
How do I delete my account or terminate my subscription?
Administrator roles can delete accounts via Settings > Billing. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Remaining credits are non-refundable upon cancellation.
