The platform lacks a user drag-and-drop feature, which makes it difficult to create solutions. Creating scanning templates in the DMS application is also cumbersome.[1]

Newgen sales team is highly active. Newgen Delivery team is not up to speed. They are not aware of agile or DevOps concepts.[4]
Lack of integrated support between NewGen and Infrrd. No best-practices insights from NewGen and implementation partner HCL. This has caused significant delays in project timing. Inconsistent logic in standard accounting and content structure within the tool. Formatting and accounting values seem to have no or little logic on how they are structured within the tool.[5]
Workflow capabilities are not up to the mark and not easy to customize as per workflow or business needs; specifically for finance and accounts workflow with regards to Indian taxation etc.[6]
The implementation process was much longer than expected and required extensive customization. The out-of-the-box functionality did not meet our business requirements.[7]
I embarked on this program with high hopes, only to be left questioning its true value. After completing the course in January 2024 and spending six months seeking employment, I've encountered more hurdles than opportunities.[8]
