The software is not very user-friendly[1]
A negative thing about the software is that there are many different ways doing of things! Poorly designed workflows and forms can have a major effect on solutions' performance. The software is horrible to work with. It has its own infrastructure and we lost dozens of workflows into la la land. Because it's NOT using the SP workflow engine, but rather its own, it's next to impossible to get anything that is lost. Support told us we were SOL and there was no way to retrieve the lost items...
