The software is not very user-friendly.[1]
They keep it a bit too simple. They should let you implement your own font. I find so many of the pictures and icons that they provide that are the best quality must require a pro account.[2]
Sometimes the edits do not always come out as desired and does not apply filters which may be better suited for the image.[3]
One drawback of the Canva is that, while it offers a range of useful tools, users seeking highly specialized adjustments or intricate manipulation options may find it somewhat limited.[4]
Limited features for the more advanced user or project need. It may fall short for users with complex design requirements. Some of the advanced features are only available for the subscription users and exporting features are limited of exporting for print purposes.[5]
Many times I would start with the AI Photo Editor and it would give me an image that had absolutely nothing to do with what I was referencing and so I would have to start over.[6]
The new editor is still clunky, laggy, super-glitchy, inefficient, and resource heavy. What I could achieve in a few clicks now takes more than that. Inefficiency is currently the reality with the Canva today.[7]
Everything is 10x slower to load, more difficult to find, and you can't breathe without being prompted to use the stupid ai creator. it's incredibly frustrating that they took the site in such a terrible direction.[8]
The interface has become increasingly cluttered and confusing. Simple tasks now require multiple steps that used to be straightforward. The constant push for AI features makes the platform feel overwhelming.[9]
Customer service is terrible. When you have issues with your account or billing, getting actual help is nearly impossible. The automated responses are useless and real human support is non-existent.[10]
